An initial application is incomplete until after a follow-up appointment, which must be scheduled approximately 4-6 weeks after your initial appointment. There is no additional charge for the follow-up appointment after your initial application, as long as it is performed within three months of the initial application.
WHILE YOUR SKIN HEALS, BE PREPARED FOR THE COLOR INTENSITY OF YOUR
PROCEDURE TO BE SIGNIFICANTLY LARGER, SHARPER, BRIGHTER, OR DARKER than
what is expected for the final outcome. This is a normal and expected result of the application
and healing process. The healing process will take a number of days to complete, depending on
how quickly the outer layer of your skin exfoliates and new skin regrows to take its place.
Since delicate skin or sensitive areas may swell slightly or redden, some clients feel it best not
to make social plans for a day or two following any procedure. Wear your normal makeup and
bring your lip or brow pencils with you the day of the procedure.
Avoid tweezing, waxing, electrolysis, and coloring your brows for two weeks prior to the
procedure if possible. This will allow your practitioner the most flexibility to achieve optimal

If you have any history of cold sores/ fever blisters/ herpes simplex, you must contact your
physician to obtain and take the proper prescription medication to prevent such outbreaks for at least 4 days before and after the procedure. Many physicians prescribe 12 capsules of 500mg
Valtrex. Follow your physician’s instructions. Two or three applications may be required to achieve the desired results. It is not uncommon to lose up to 70% of the color on the first application.
After Care Instructions for Microblading
Please follow these instructions for up to 14 days after the procedure to improve and prolong the results of microbladed brows.
•Avoid wetting eyebrows during the healing process •Avoid sauna/steam rooms/sun beds during the healing process •Do not touch, rub, pick, or scratch your brows following treatment or during healing process •You may find your eyebrow will become dry following the treatment. If they itch, Do Not Scratch them, just tap them to release the itch •If your eyebrows get wet during the healing process pat them dry with a towel, Do Not Rub! •Apply Aquaphor once or twice a day if eyebrows feel dry •Client can use q-tip and anti-bacterial soap water to gently remove previous layer of balm or to cleanse the eyebrows. •Client must come back for a touch-up session 4-6 weeks after the initial procedure and will require touch ups every 12-18 months to keep desired results. •Avoid excess sun exposure as this can cause the pigment to fade and can affect the healing process. •Avoid using daily skin care products directly on the eyebrows •Avoid using any acids or retinol creams directly on the eyebrows •If you are due to or are having an MRI scan please inform your doctor that you have had Microblading /semi permanent makeup done
